A high school student in Wyoming was arrested late last week after refusing to wear a mask at school. Grace Smith, 16, a junior at Laramie High School, was taken into custody for trespassing, according to video footage she recorded on her cell phone. Smith was placed into handcuffs and escorted from the property. The Albany County School District imposed mask requirements in early September. Smith has been refusing to comply with the requirements, alleging they violate her constitutional rights. Smith told the Laramie Boomerang that she was suspended the first time she did not comply. The second time, she was issued a $500 citation.
