There will be no announcement this week on who the future nominee to head the Office of Management & Budget might be, according to White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki. “Given Neera Tanden withdrew her nomination just last night … you should not expect any announcements on a future nominee this week,” Psaki told reporters during a briefing on Wednesday. Psaki said the withdrawal was a decision made by Tanden herself, not the White House.
