Former President Donald Trump was arraigned in a Miami courthouse this Tuesday, June 13. It was the first time in history that a former president was charged with federal crimes.
Unlike Trump’s indictment in April by Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg—whose case was deeply flawed and largely made up out of thin air—this new case brought by special counsel Jack Smith is serious, and appears to be backed by documentary evidence.
