Mining magnate, Clive Palmer, is set to launch a High Court challenge against Western Australia (WA) government after claiming the state’s decision to bolt its borders against New South Wales’ unvaccinated is unconstitutional. Last week, WA Premier Mark McGowan announced that the state would be imposing a hard border with New South Wales following growing numbers of cases of the Delta variant of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus.
