A shocking video has captured an eight-year-old boy who was bitten by a small shark during a spearfishing trip with his dad. Luckily, the shark’s opportunistic lurch did not cause any injuries.
Manni Alam of Australia was out with his father, Radwan Alam, spearfishing near the central Queensland coast when he caught a fish. In footage uploaded to Instagram, Radwan can be heard asking his son, “Manni, show me what you got!” The boy, still in the water wearing his wetsuit, lays his catch on the deck.

In the same instant, a baby shark launches itself from the water into Manni’s left torso, narrowly missing Manni’s fish. Radwan shrieks and the film cuts out….
