China is the biggest threat, not just on land but in space, according to U.S. Space Chief General Saltzman. And trailing not far behind is Russia. As for where America is in the space race, so far, the United States is still holding first place, but can the it keep that title? Saltzman warns the field is getting much more crowded in the race for space, and has grave implications for Earth.
