GUADALAJARA, Mexico—It isn’t often that we come across a performance that makes us wonder about our role in this world. For Dr. Ricardo Villanueva Lomeli, dean of the University of Guadalajara, experiencing Shen Yun Performing Arts did just that for him.
“I think that in each passage you discover things, all the messages they give us. That relationship of men with the Gods, of what we do here on Earth, we see other worldviews,” Dr. Villanueva Lomeli said.
“I believe that one is confronted with other philosophies of life, other worldviews, other ways of understanding,” he said.
Shen Yun is based in New York and with the mission to revive China’s 5,000 years of civilization it puts on an all-new production every year.
