Britain’s Defence Secretary Ben Wallace has said he is “not optimistic” a Russian invasion of Ukraine can be stopped. Wallace, who is currently in Germany, told the BBC that he would soon meet with Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu in Moscow.
