A Korean barbecue restaurant in Tustin, California, unveiled its new robot waiters earlier this month—now one of the first in the state to do so, according to its owner.
The restaurant, called I Can Barbecue Korean Grill, has three such robots serving customers in a process grill, which “greatly improves” customer service, co-owner Esat Karaaslan told The Epoch Times.
Each robot delivers food to tables after diners submit their orders directly to the kitchen via smartphone, a process Karaaslan says has largely improved the grill’s service amid restaurant labor shortages.

“[The robots] have greatly increased our customer satisfaction,” Karaaslan said. “Now, guests can order and receive their food much quicker, without having to wait for a waiter to remember to stop by and ask them.”…
