President Joe Biden’s decision to keep U.S. troops in Afghanistan past the deadline agreed upon by the Trump administration is the wrong one, former President Donald Trump says. “I wish Joe Biden wouldn’t use September 11th as the date to withdraw our troops from Afghanistan, for two reasons,” Trump said in an April 18 statement issued by his office. “First, we can and should get out earlier.
