Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he has tested positive for COVID-19. “This morning, I tested positive for COVID-19,” Trudeau said in a tweet. “I’m feeling fine – and I’ll continue to work remotely this week while following public health guidelines. Everyone, please get vaccinated and get boosted.” Trudeau had said on Jan. 27 that he was going into isolation for five days after finding out that he had been in contact with someone who had tested positive. He later said it was one of his children who had tested positive for COVID-19. The prime minister’s wife, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, had previously contracted COVID-19 in 2020.
