The triple shooting incident near Toronto’s Fairview Mall on March 20 left a 21-year-old male dead, while two others were injured, according to the Toronto Police Service (TPS).
In a statement, TPS identified the deceased victim as Madar Hassan of Toronto, who was pronounced dead after being transported to hospital. The other victims are two 25-year-old males, who have both been transported to hospital. Police said one of them is suffering from life-threatening injuries while the other sustained non-fatal wounds.
The shooting occurred at approximately 4:11 p.m., at the mall located in the area of Sheppard Avenue East and Don Mills Road. TPS said in an earlier statement that when they arrived at the scene, two of the shooting victims were found in the mall’s underground parking lot….
