On April 11, a man travelling on a Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) bus was approached by another man and stabbed, the latest of many incidents of TTC violence.
The wound was not fatal and the victim is still in hospital, Toronto Police Service media relations officer Shannon Eames told The Epoch Times via email. She said it’s unknown whether the victim and suspect knew each other. “That is still being investigated at this time.”
The bus was heading westbound on Eglinton Avenue and the suspect exited the bus at Black Creek Drive and Eglinton Avenue West. The attack occurred at about 11:30 p.m. Police released images of the suspect on April 13, hoping for the public’s help identifying him….
