LOS ANGELES—Police say thieves stole jewelry valued at $100,000 from three victims Dec. 7 in a gunpoint robbery in downtown Los Angeles. Los Angeles Police Department officers were called at 12:58 a.m. to the InterContinental Hotel at 900 Wilshire Blvd., where three victims reportedly were robbed of their jewelry and other possessions, ABC7 reported. Two suspects got out of their car and robbed three people at gunpoint near the valet area, getting away with a number of rings and a watch, according to ABC7. No injuries were reported. Police were tight-lipped about the crime, and did not release details of their investigation. A description of the suspects and the vehicle they were in were not immediately available.
