KAOHSIUNG, Taiwan—Taiwanese theatergoers enjoyed Shen Yun Performing arts at the Chih-The Hall of the Kaohsiung Cultural Center on March 1, many saying the performance purified their hearts and souls.
“I enjoyed it very much! The dances really presented comprehensively the 5,000 years of Chinese culture, especially the ones from the Tang and Song Dynasties,” said Mr. Chen His-jung, the president of an Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital. “It’s really memorable.”
Mr. Chen said that he likes everything about Shen Yun, the music, costumes, colors, and more.
“The scenes on stage are like postcards. Each scene is breathtaking. If I can buy any painting like them, I definitely will hang them up at home,” he said. “They really made me very relaxed and refreshed. They have the power to change my mind. They are very beautiful.”…
