A teenage boy will face court charged over a sexual assault in Kalgoorlie in Western Australia (WA).
Police say a woman was walking in Victory Heights on Thursday night when she was allegedly sexually and physically assaulted by an unknown male and had some personal items stolen.
Police arrested the 16-year-old Kalgoorlie boy on Saturday night.
He was due to appear in Perth Children’s Court on Sunday charged with aggravated sexual penetration without consent, impeding another person’s normal breathing or blood circulation by applying pressure to their neck, and robbery.
