MIDDLETOWN, N.Y.— Gan Jing World launched with fewer than 20 engineers in July 2022. Now the number has grown to over 100, according to the company’s executive vice president of technology James Qiu, adding that Gan Jing has built a solid infrastructure with its own data center and cloud server to facilitate a censorship-free experience.
