I spoke with former Army Colonel John Mills, who is publishing a new book on his experience being caught right in the midst of Russiagate and Spygate. He is the former director of cybersecurity policy, strategy, and international affairs at the Department of Defense, and he is also a senior fellow at the Center for Security Policy.
