Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov arrived in China’s Huangshan City, Anhui Province, on March 30 to attend the Third Foreign Ministers’ Meeting on the Afghan Issue. He also held talks with China’s State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
