PHILADELPHIA, Penn.—Shen Yun Performing Arts has an all-new program every year, and John Capaldi, a lawyer, was so impressed with Shen Yun’s previous season that he immediately bought tickets to see Shen Yun’s 2023 performance when he saw the billboards announcing their return.
“I’m very, very impressed,” said Mr. Capaldi, who watched Shen Yun at the Miller Theater in Philadelphia on April 16.
“The artistry, the skill of the dancers, the level of the choreography; that’s all so artistically beautiful and impressive. But one of the overarching themes I love about Shen Yun is just the celebration of life, celebration of goodness, and spirituality and optimism of it, because it’s keeping alive the pre-communist Chinese culture and traditions of thousands of years, which is so important to have.”…
