MELBOURNE, Australia—David Limbrick, the lead Liberal Democrats Victorian Senate candidate in the upcoming federal election, and former state MP, said he had a “really great experience” when Shen Yun Performing Arts began its run at Melbourne’s Palais Theatre on April 22.
Mr. Limbrick was excited at the chance to enjoy a night out, saying it was “the first time I have been able to go to the theatre in years—ever since the lockdown.”
“Also I think it is really vital that Shen Yun is able to [perform] on its world tour—and in Australia—bringing all the brightness, joy, and hope to people,” he said, going on to describe the production as a “beautifully sublime experience.”
