LONDON—Sir George Iain Duncan Smith, Member of Parliament, grew up learning about the arts and going to the ballet often with his ballerina mother, and his family going back three generations lived and worked in China, so it was with great anticipation that he attended Shen Yun Performing Arts to experience 5,000 years of Chinese civilization.
“It’s fascinating to watch,” said Sir Duncan Smith.
New York-based Shen Yun is the world’s premier classical Chinese dance company and has a mission to show China before communism.
