Russia is laying out some demands for Ukraine, as talks continue. Humanitarian corridors also supposed to open on Monday but the two sides disagree on the routes. Secretary of State Antony Blinken assures Lithuania of NATO and U.S. protection. The senior diplomat is currently on a two day visit to the Baltic states. A monitoring group says Russia has detained thousands for protesting the war in Ukraine. The group says the protestors are from 56 cities across Russia.
