Russia is creating a hit list of Ukrainians that are to be “killed or sent to camps” ahead of a possible invasion, the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Bathsheba Nell Crocker, has warned. High Commissioner for Human Rights, Michelle Bachelet.
