The Queen is under medical supervision at Balmoral after doctors became concerned for her health, Buckingham Palace has said.
On Thursday, Buckingham Palace released a statement at 12:32 p.m. outlining that “following further evaluation this morning, the “Queen’s doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision.”
The Palace added that The Queen, who turned 96 this year, remains “comfortable” and at Balmoral, her home in the Scottish Highlands.
Members of the Royal Family have been informed and are travelling to Scotland.
The Prince of Wales (Prince Charles), The Duchess of Cornwall (Camilla), and The Princess Royal (Princess Anne) are at Balmoral….
