Mr. Castor Jr.: We can’t trust the federal government. I’m sure the federal government is involved in all sorts of deceptions designed to advance American foreign and domestic policy objectives. Most Americans expect their federal government to be involved with “sneaky” activities to catch criminals, foreign spies, or otherwise enhance goals ultimately in the national interest of the United States.
