A Manhattan grand jury has indicted former president Donald Trump. 
Unsealed on Tuesday, the indictment charged Trump with 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree under New York Penal Law §175.10. Trump pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.
Joining Larry Elder to discuss the indictment is the president of the David Horowitz Freedom Center and author of “Final Battle: The Next Election Could Be the Last,” David Horowitz.  
In Horowitz’s opinion, the indictment is a weak case based on linking Trump to a felony through a reimbursement made to his then-lawyer, Michael Cohen. Horowitz argues that Trump’s actions were more likely aimed at protecting his family than at interfering with an election campaign….
