The IRS has just put out a major warning to all Americans. Specifically, this is a warning to tax payers, urging them to watch out for a new scam — a scam that tricks people into believing that the government actually owes them money.
 
But this isn’t the only thing to watch out for, as another new online vendor scam is sweeping the nation. Known as the “brushing scam” – millions of people are receiving items from Amazon that they never ordered. They check their payment history, and realize they never paid for the items either. They wonder, ‘what’s going on?’….
