Former President Donald Trump is facing 37 charges over the handling of classified government records, according to the federal indictment document unsealed earlier Friday. Thirty-one of those counts accuse Trump of willful retention of national defense information. Trump and his aide, Walt Nauta, each also face a count of conspiracy to obstruct justice. This goes back to the raid on his Mar-a-Lago home, and the appointment of special counsel Jack Smith to investigate the classified documents scandal. Trump is set to appear in federal court in Miami on June 13.
