Authorities said the 20-year-old shooter who opened fire in an Indiana mall on Sunday waited inside a bathroom before fatally shooting three and injuring two others before an armed bystander shot and killed him.
Greenwood Police Department Chief Jim Ison said during a news conference Monday that the shooter was in the Greenwood Park Mall bathroom for one hour and two minutes before he entered the food court area and fired shots.
