Thanks to social media, a photo taken in West Bengal, India, on a rainy day made our day. It was raining cats and dogs in Kolkata in mid-September, when local reporter Sayan Chakraborty, who was on assignment for Bengali daily Bartaman, spotted a pair of sopping-wet canines outside seeking shelter but unable to find any. They were at a busy seven-way intersection, aptly named “Park Circus,” and the suffering dogs trudged out onto the roadway.
