Law officials were forced to delay the arraignment of an Orange, Calif. mass shooting suspect for the sixth time April 9 as the alleged gunman remains incapacitated. Aminadab Gaxiola Gonzalez, 44, was shot by police March 31 following a mass shooting in Orange that left four people—including a nine-year-old boy—dead. He was initially to be arraigned April 2, but his inability to communicate prompted a continued delay of criminal proceedings. Prosecutors said April 9 that despite still being incapacitated, Gonzalez has shown signs of improvement. On March 31 around 5:30 p.m., a man used bicycle-type locks to secure iron gates leading to an office building at 202 W. Lincoln Avenue in Orange. He then went inside the building and opened fire inside Unified Homes, a mobile home real estate business. The victims include 50-year-old Luis Tovar, 28-year-old Jenevieve Raygoza, nine-year-old Matthew Farias, and 50-year-old Leticia Solis.
