Tim Shaw, former Orange County Board of Education trustee who was forced to step down after a legal challenge, won back his fourth district position at a Dec. 21 meeting. Shaw resigned in November after being accused of a conflict of interest for serving on the board of education and La Habra City Council simultaneously.
