Officials confirmed that Darrel E. Brooks, 39, was the alleged driver of an SUV that ran over dozens of people, killing five, during a Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin, on Sunday evening. Waukesha Polie Chief Daniel Thompson said Brooks was charged with five counts of intentional homicide.
