The seditious conspiracy case against 10 members and associates of the Oath Keepers will be split into two trials—one in July and the other in September—U.S. District Judge Amit P. Mehta ruled Friday. Mehta said the July 11 trial will include defendants Thomas E. Caldwell, 66, of Berryville, Virginia; Joseph B. Hackett, 52, of Sarasota, Florida; Kenneth T. Harrelson, 41, of Titusville, Florida; David J. Moerschel, 44, of Punta Gorda, Florida; and Jessica M. Watkins, 35, of Morrow, Ohio. The Sept. 26 trial will include Oath Keepers founder Elmer Stewart Rhodes III, 56, of Granbury, Texas; Roberto Minuta, 37, of Prosper, Texas; Kelly J.
