Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.V.) is raising concerns about another provision in President Joe Biden’s social spending plan: giving extra incentives to buy union-made electric vehicles over other EV’s. House Republicans are questioning the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) over its decision on a Christian organization. The lawmakers are concerned that the IRS may have systematic political bias. Many of the millions of federal workers who are civilians are still working from home. A majority of Republican senators want them to go back to physical offices and deliver government services in a more timely manner.
