And another remarkable thing happened last week. The New York Times finally admitted it too: Lockdowns don’t work. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has plainly won the political argument on COVID-19.
Not only did lockdowns not work to stop the virus, but they took a huge human toll. Countless lives were lost because of missed medical treatments, missed diagnoses, suicide, depression, and many other things. Countless lives were ruined via the destruction of the economy. The learning deficits of today’s children will be felt for decades to come….
