China’s top disease control official on Thursday arrived in the eastern city of Nanjing, the epicenter of a new CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus outbreak in China, after the virus reportedly spread to 27 Chinese cities in 15 provinces over a nine-day period. Among the cities reporting new COVID-19 cases are the capital Beijing, Mianyang in southwestern Sichuan Province, and Zhongshan in southern Guangdong Province. “The epidemic in Nanjing is out of control, and might spread to more provinces at an uncontrolled speed and scale,” Tang Jingyuan, U.S.-based China affairs commentator told The Epoch Times on Thursday. Tang added that Chinese leader Xi Jinping sent Wang Hesheng, director of  National Bureau of Disease Control and Prevention, to Nanjing—the capital of Jiangsu Province—to get the outbreak under control.
