NEW DELHI—While investigations are happening about the bomb blast that happened outside the Israel embassy in New Delhi in late January, the Indian media this week has reported the Iranian Quds force guiding the blast. The Indian counter-terrorism agencies have drawn up a list of suspects and the investigators have concluded that the improvised explosive device was planted by a local Indian Shia module under the guidance of the Iranian Quds force, reported Hindustan Times, an Indian English daily on March 8. The bomb that went off outside the Israel embassy in Delhi on Jan. 29 was of very low intensity, was remote-controlled, didn’t have human targets, and shattered the windows of three cars parked nearby. The investigating agencies had recovered a letter from the site of the explosion, addressed to the Israel ambassador to India, Ron Malka.
