A man from Queens, New York, pleaded guilty to posting murder threats and the illegal possession of ammunition on Aug. 16. Eduard Florea, 41, submitted his plea in a federal court in Brooklyn. When sentenced, he could face a maximum of 15 years in prison. According to the Department of Justice, the court filings show that Florea posted statements online threatening to kill elected officials, including Sen.
