A Louisiana business owner is suing the Biden administration over its COVID-19 vaccine mandate for companies with 100 or more employees, claiming the demand is “wrong” and that he “won’t stand for it.” Brandon Trosclair employees hundreds of workers across 15 grocery stores in Louisiana and Mississippi that would require him to fire workers who fail to comply with the new COVID-19 vaccine mandate. “Over the past 20 months, my employees have showed up to work and served their communities in the face of COVID and hurricanes,” Trosclair said in a statement. “Now I’m being told by the government to insert myself into their private health decisions?
