Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on July 14 filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration in an attempt to stop federally mandated abortions in Texas. The Indiana attorney general says he is investigating a doctor who allegedly broke federal law by speaking about a 10-year-old patient who got an abortion.
