IRVINE, Calif.—A Los Angeles man was arrested for allegedly exposing himself to a 9-year-old girl and assaulting her at a public library in Irvine.
Police arrested 53-year-old Christopher Eduard March 24 near his home. He was released on bail Saturday, according to sheriff’s inmate records.
The girl had gone with her mother the evening of March 21 to the Orange County Public Library Heritage Park Regional Branch at 13261 Yale Avenue, according to Irvine police Lt. Bill Bingham.
“The victim was in the children’s section when Eduard approached her,” the lieutenant said. “He engaged the victim by asking her to help him film a video.
