Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accused Russia of being insincere in its peace talk overtures as Russia on Wednesday continued its bombardment of key Ukrainian cities. Zelenskyy said in an address to the Spanish Parliament on Tuesday that Russia “is not serious about peace” and pleaded for Europe to do more to stop Moscow’s offensive. “We, Ukrainians, are committed to peace and a conflict-free environment,” Zelenskyy said, adding that Ukraine has repeatedly called on Russia to agree to a ceasefire and resolve differences through talks. “Ukraine speaks about it every day.
