A judge on March 2 dismissed an attempt by New York Attorney General Letitia James to dissolve the National Rifle Association (NRA). New York Supreme Court Justice Joel Cohen said the allegations against the NRA did not meet the requirements to order its dissolution. James, a Democrat, has claimed that top NRA executives siphoned millions of dollars from the organization and is seeking restitution and other financial relief from four current and former NRA officers.
