SYDNEY, Australia—Adrian Munn, a professional cameraman who works with Channel 9, attended Shen Yun with his wife, Nailia Munn, an accountant, at the Sydney Lyric Theatre on April 29.
“It’s breathtaking … I’ve never seen anything as good in my life,” said Mr. Munn.
“A lot of the dances are very emotional,” he said. “[T]hey tell a lovely story.”
Based in New York, Shen Yun is the world’s premier Chinese classical dance company. Along with folk dances and solo performances, the production depicts story-based pieces that tell tales from ancient times to the modern-day.
