FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla.—During his first time seeing Shen Yun Performing Arts, Dean Trantalis, mayor of the city of Fort Lauderdale, cherished the beauty and culture the performance brought to the city. Mr. Trantalis has been the city’s mayor since 2018, after his reelection in 2020.
“In terms of costume, dance, choreography … everything about it is magical,” said Mr. Tarntalis at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts on March 22, “It just was an amazing experience!”
“Each program had its own allegory, a story to tell behind the dance and the singing. And I thought the stage production was amazing,” he said….
