Twitter founder and former CEO Jack Dorsey told the press that he only ate one meal a day between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m., which consists of proteins and vegetables. Fasting helped him feel more focused and devote more attention every day. Skipping breakfast and lunch, Dorsey gained more time to focus on the important things. This intermittent fasting method is known as “samurai fasting,” also known as OMAD (one meal a day) intermittent fasting. In ancient times, samurai’s did not eat three meals a day but had one huge dinner instead. This method lets people drink water, black coffee, and low-calorie things within 20 hours and consume high-calorie food within a certain four-hour window during the day….
