They spoke about China and Russia’s growing space ambitions, what would happen if America loses its edge in space, and what steps could be taken to stem the tide.
Weichert said, “We need to be doubling down on our military advantages in space and moving to protect our existing satellite constellations, while at the same time threatening the satellites of our enemies. And we’re going in the opposite direction, and that is going to lead to catastrophe.”
