Two Groups Under Equally High Stress Have Different Mortality Rates
The study, published in the journal Health Psychology, surveyed 28,753 individuals. People were asked two questions: How much stress did you experience in the past year?
To what degree do you think that stress affects your health? Thirty-five percent and 20 percent of participants said that they experienced moderate or high levels of stress, respectively.
